Food Technology

The Department of Food Technology was founded in 2013 when it commenced the 3 year undergraduate programme in B.Sc Food Technology.This programme gives the students a strong foundation and better job opportunities in the concerned field. This course offers an in- depth study of various areas related to Food Science and Technology.They are also made aware and expertise of food safety, quality, food plant sanitation, food laws and regulations and packaging in food industry.
